At The Fragrance Palace, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which you may cancel an order and request a refund.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been packed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Non-Cancellable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be cancelled or returned once shipped, including:

Perfumes, attars, oudh, bakhoor, gulab jal, dhoop cones.

Soaps, body washes, and other personal care products once opened or used.

Any product purchased on sale or at a promotional offer.

3. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Product damaged during transit.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with order details and clear photos/videos as proof.
  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return (except in the case of damaged/defective items).

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace a product, you may request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
